Prof. Shahryar Sorooshian holds a BSc, an MSc, and a PhD in industrial engineering. He is an accredited management consultant, a certified graduate technologist, a Lean six-sigma belt holder, and a certified professional in engineering management. He is a well-known academic on a global scale. Engaged as a full-time faculty (Associate professor) at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, as well as an adjunct professor at Saito University College in Malaysia. He has published more than 200 scientific papers, with citation exceeding 2000 and h-index of 25. Besides, he works as an editor for some journals in the fields of management and engineering.
